Does the logo on a personalised mug or plate survive the dishwasher?
If the marking is fired on, yes. Glazed ceramic survives the dishwasher when the glaze is high-temperature; cheap printing fades within twenty washes. On ceramic we mark by firing, not by adhesive, and we ask the manufacturer for the cycle data.
Which material lasts longest in a home gift: ceramic, wood or steel?
They age differently. Glazed ceramic holds up if the glaze is high-temperature. Wood needs oiling once a year, and in exchange lasts for decades. Stainless steel is the most forgiving of the three.
Which kitchen and home gifts actually get used?
The ones that earn their own spot on the worktop: a board, a bowl, a jar. Standalone utensils compete with what's already at home, and they almost always lose. That's why we prefer a few good references over a twelve-piece set that gets opened once.
How much does shipping affect an order of home items?
More than it seems. A dinnerware set for three hundred people is half a tonne of porcelain, and on large orders transport can weigh more in the quote than the product itself. We check the weight per unit and the volume per box before closing the shipping price.
How do you avoid breakages when the gift travels to the employee's home?
With the packaging. A home gift travels to each person's house, and decent packaging prevents half of all breakages.
