What fabric weight should you choose for a personalised t-shirt?
180 to 200 grams for everyday use. A 150-gram t-shirt is a summer weight and is slightly see-through. Above 220 it's a heavyweight t-shirt, the kind that hangs well and lasts.
What fabric weight should a personalised sweatshirt have?
From 320 grams upwards the fleece lining holds up. Below 280, the inside mats after just a few washes.
What is combed cotton and why can you feel the difference?
It's cotton that has had the short fibres removed before spinning: the fabric ends up smoother, itches less and pills less. It's the difference in feel that people notice without knowing how to name it, and the improvement that's most appreciated per euro spent.
How are sizes managed in a corporate clothing order?
With the model's real measurements table, not the nominal size: an L isn't always an L. We request it from the manufacturer and share it with you before opening the size collection. To request a quote you don't need to know the split: it's optional and can be settled afterwards. Basics run from XXS to 5XL.
Embroidery or screen printing for corporate clothing?
Embroidery on sweatshirts, screen printing on t-shirts. And subtler is better: a chest embroidery beats a large print, because it's durable and gives an in-house brand feel.
