Embroidered workwear and uniforms: what they cost and what to choose for each role
Not every garment does the same job: an apron for the kitchen, a polo for front of house or a shirt for reception each needs a different fabric, fit and branding method. Here you can see today’s prices, the most common uses with real models, and what matters before you place your order.
How each type of garment is branded
| Type of garment | Technique | How the logo looks |
|---|---|---|
| Cotton T-shirts and sweatshirts | Embroidery or screen printing | Stitched for everyday use, or large and easy to read on the back |
| Polos and shirts | Embroidery | Clean and discreet on the chest or sleeve |
| Softshell, fleece and gilet | Embroidery or digital transfer | Durable branding on the chest; transfer works well on technical fabric |
| Aprons | Embroidery or screen printing | Visible on the chest or across the front, depending on the design |
| Technical polyester | Digital transfer or sublimation | Full colour with fine detail on lightweight fabric |
Minimum order and design
The minimum order is €100.00 excluding VAT per quote, and you can mix styles to reach it: aprons for the kitchen and polos for front of house can go in the same order. The prices on this page are per unit, with your logo in one colour in the standard position, excluding VAT and delivery; a second position or a different technique is adjusted in the quote.
Upload your logo on the product page and see the price straight away, or ask us for a free full-size mock-up: you pay when you approve it. The delivery time is shown on each product page.
